The company’s high-tech production facilities
are located in Purwokerto, Central Java and Cileungsi,
West Java—close to the source of the raw materials
used in the production of Indesso’s internationally
recognized products.

At Indesso, we are involved with quality assurance
from the very beginning. From the selection of raw materials
to the testing of final products—we place quality
checks throughout the manufacturing process in order
to guarantee that you receive products that meet or
exceed industry standards.
The integrity of our products is analyzed in our physical
and microbiology laboratories using advanced analytical
equipment. Total plate counts are monitored at all points
to prevent unacceptable levels of microorganisms and
bacteria from forming. Product sanitation is paramount
during the entire extraction process. Taste and odor
levels of finished products are examined through organoleptic
testing by a trained, professional panel.
 Environmentally
friendly
Indesso takes all necessary precautions to
ensure that its operations have the least amount of
impact on the environment and neighboring communities.
For example, our modern facilities allow us to trap
and return all volatile aromas to the manufacturing
process, thereby adding to the pungency of the final
product.
In addition, Indesso sets the industry standard in
Indonesia for waste water treatment by retaining waste
waters and treating them in our on-site facilities instead
of releasing them into nearby rivers and waterways.
This is especially important in a country like Indonesia
where environmental policies are still being developed,
but are not yet fully enforced or complied with.
